Freedom Social Media Content Use Terms and Conditions

1.  By permitting Freedom to use particular Content (by affirmatively answering a request from us or on our behalf on social media or otherwise indicating your agreement for Freedom to use your Content), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read and ensure you are in agreement before proceeding.

2.  In these Terms "Content" refers to the photo (or, where applicable, the photo and/or video, including any sound) and accompanying text posted through your account on social media, accompanying metadata such as time and place of creation, your user name, and links to your social profile.

3.  You grant Freedom a right to use and display the Content, in any media, worldwide, for any lawful commercial purpose, in original or edited form, including: on freedom social media accounts, websites, blogs, digital displays, advertising, and generally in the promotion of Freedom products or services. Such rights also extend to Freedom subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, representatives, assigns, licensees, and anyone else acting on behalf of Freedom.

4.  Freedom's right to use your Content lasts indefinitely until canceled by you, which you can do at anytime by emailing marketing@freedom.com.au. After Cancelation we will not reuse your Content.

5.  The rights you grant Freedom are non-exclusive and (subject to Freedom rights herein) you retain all rights to use the Content for your own purposes. Freedom will not pay any royalties or compensation to you or any third party for use of Content. Use is at Freedom's discretion and Freedom is not obliged to use your Content in any particular way or at all.

6.  You agree that you do not have any right to review, approve, or object to Freedom Australia's use of your Content or advertising copy, or to be identified as the author/creator of the Content.

7.  Freedom Australia respects applicable laws and the rights of others and wishes to avoid using any content that does not. By agreeing to these Terms you represent and warrant to Freedom that: 
    (a) the Content is your original work and you own it and all intellectual property rights in it and have all necessary rights to grant Freedom the rights set out in these Terms (including in relation to copyrights, trademarks, private or public buildings, performances, sounds, and music) or, if you are not the owner of such rights, you have already obtained permission from the owner of suchs rights, and will inform us if this is incorrect or such permission is withdrawn at any time;
    (b) Freedom's use of your Content as provided herein will not infringe intellectual property, privacy, image, performance, or publicity rights, or any other rights of any third party, require the payment of any compensation to any third party, or breach any applicable laws;
    (c) nothing in your Content will be illegal, defamatory, obscene, or threatening to any third party; and
    (d) you are over 18 years of age and have the right to agree to these Terms;

8.  You will hold Freedom harmless and indemnify Freedom against any actions, loss and damage arising out of any claims by third parties in connection with Content, including for breach of intellectual property, data protection, privacy, image, performance, or publicity rights. 

9.  The Content may contain information about you or identifiable individuals which constitutes personal data under applicable laws.

10.  By agreeing to these Terms you give your consent to the processing of such personal data by Freedom for the purposes set out in these Terms.

11.  Freedom will process personal data included in the Content or otherwise provided to us in connection with our use of the Content in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy available here: https://www.freedom.com.au/freedom-privacy-policy.

12.  Freedom is the controller of your personal data and individuals can obtain further information or exercise any of their legal rights by contacting Freedom at :privacy@greenlitbrands.com.au. Freedom also engages data providers or service providers to assist with the processing of personal data, including Qubeeo Limited, located in the UK, who provides content curation, hosting, showcasing, and analytics services.

References to Freedom are to Freedom Furniture Australia Pty Limited ABN 55 051 493 764.

myFreedom x Primo Caffe Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the “myFreedom x Primo Caffe Competition” (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter

2. The Promoter is Freedom Furniture Australia Pty Limited ABN 55 051 493 764, of Level 4, 1 Epping Road, North Ryde NSW 2113 (“Promoter”).

Competition Period

3. The Competition commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 21 July 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 1 September 2025 (“Competition Period”).

Eligibility to Enter

4. Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 who are not employed by the Promoter and:

a) Are existing myFreedom loyalty program members at the time of entering the competition; or

b) Are not myFreedom members but enter the competition and, by doing so, agree to be automatically signed up to the myFreedom program at the conclusion of the Competition; and

c) Provide all required current and accurate details, including full name, email address, phone number and a valid Australian residential shipping address (no PO boxes); and

5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Competition database and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.

6. An individual may only enter the Competition once. Duplicate entries will be removed and deemed ineligible.

7. Entry is via an embedded form (iframe) located on Freedom’s official competition webpage at www.freedom.com.au/pages/primo-coffee-competition. To be eligible, entrants must complete and submit the form in full during the Competition Period.

Prize Draw

7. All eligible entries received during the Competition Period will be entered into a randomised computerised draw conducted by Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd at 24/88 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000 at 12:00 noon AEST on Monday, 8th September 2025.

8. The winners will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. Their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on www.freedom.com.au within 30 days of the prize draw and any unclaimed prize draw in accordance with Schedule 11, Regulation 4 of the SA Lottery and Gaming Regulations.

9. An entrant can only win once throughout the Competition.

Prize

10. There are five (5) prizes to be won. Each prize includes:

1. 1x De’Longhi Rivelia Fully Automatic Coffee Machine (Onyx Black) – valued at AUD $1,199

2. 12kg of Primo Caffe Maestro Coffee Beans in 1kg bags – total value AUD $660 (Delivered in 2kg increments every two months across a 12-month period; 6 deliveries total) Total prize value per winner: AUD $1,859. Total prize pool (5 winners): AUD $9,295. (Visit primocaffe.com.au for product information.)

11. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, prizes (including Coffee Beans) awarded as part of this Competition are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, and any contrary provision in the terms and conditions of Primo Products Pty Ltd ACN 004 007 961 trading as Primo Caffe (Primo Caffe) shall have no effect in relation to this Competition.

12. In the event that the winner does not accept the prize within 3 months of being notified, and subject to clause 19 below, the Promoter may, at its own discretion, forfeit the prize, and cash will not be awarded in lieu.

13. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for entries not received by the Promoter.

14. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for any prize damaged or lost in transit.

15. Primo Caffe will arrange for the delivery of the prize via a third-party postal, courier or delivery service as nominated by Primo Caffe. Primo Caffe (and its associated agencies and companies)

16. accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay to the prize after dispatch, and is not obliged to replace or compensate for any prize lost or damaged in transit. Risk in the prize passes to the winner upon dispatch by Primo Caffe or its nominated agent.

17. In the event that any part of the prize, including but not limited to the specified coffee machine or the Coffee Beans, becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Primo Caffe, Primo Caffe reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with a product of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

18. Primo Caffe shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to any cause beyond its reasonable

control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government intervention.


Unclaimed Prize Draw

18. If the prize is still unclaimed after 3 months of the winner being notified, the Promoter, may at its own discretion, conduct a further draw for the prize, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority.

19. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same time and place as the original draw on 8 December 2025 (three months after the initial draw on 8 September 2025). The subsequent winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw, and their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on www.freedom.com.au within 30 days of the unclaimed prize draw, in accordance with Schedule 11, Regulation 4 of the SA Lottery and Gaming Regulations.

20. The unclaimed prize winner(s) of the further draw must claim the prize within 3 months from the date of the further draw in clause 19. Disposal of any unclaimed prize may be made subject to any written directions given by any government authority and pursuant to any relevant legislation. 21. If a prize remains unclaimed after the three (3) month period specified in clause 20 above, and subject to any written directions given by a relevant government authority and any applicable legislation, the Promoter shall be entitled to recover, retain, or otherwise dispose of the unclaimed prize at its sole discretion. The original prize winner will forfeit any right or entitlement to the prize, and neither the Promoter nor Primo Caffe shall be liable for any claim, loss, or expense arising from such recovery, forfeiture or disposal.

General

22. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to their personal information (including full name, email address, phone number, and delivery address) being shared with Primo Caffe (https://primocaffe.com.au) for the purposes of prize fulfilment, future marketing, promotional activities, profiling, and analytics, subject to compliance with privacy laws. Entrants agree to be added to the Primo Caffe mailing list and may unsubscribe at any time.

23. Entrants who are not existing myFreedom members agree to be automatically signed up to the myFreedom loyalty program upon conclusion of the Competition. By entering, they accept the myFreedom program terms and conditions, available at https://www.freedom.com.au/myfreedom-terms.

24. The Promoter and Primo Caffe assume no responsibility for, and the entrant releases the Promoter and Primo Caffe from responsibility for, any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, claim, damage, or injury to person or property (including

computer systems and servers) as a result of the entrant’s participation in this Competition or the conduct of the Competition generally, or as a direct or indirect result of an entrant’s error, any technical problem of any kind, including communications or network failure, unauthorized access to, transferring or theft of data, whether caused by the entrant or associated with the equipment or programming used in the conduct of this Competition. If, because of any such problem, this Competition is not able to be conducted as planned and/or the Competition’s administration, security, fairness, or integrity are compromised or affected, the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant authority) cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and/or disqualify any entrant involved in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Competition in any way.

25. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) and Primo Caffe (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition.

26. To the fullest extent permitted by law and without limiting any other conditions of entry, the Promoter may, in its discretion, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority. All entrants participating in the Competition at the point of termination, modification, or suspension of the Competition will be notified by the Promoter in writing. In the event of modification or suspension of the Competition, the entrant may choose to terminate their participation in the Competition at no cost.

27. All entries will be automatically opted into marketing communications from Freedom. Details from all entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this Competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the Competition) and for publicity purposes surrounding this Competition. By entering this Competition, entrants consent to the use of their information as described. Entrants may access and/or change their data by following the procedures in the Promoter’s privacy policy, which is available at www.freedom.com.au/privacy.

28. This is not a game of skill. The prize winners will be selected by the Promoter’s nominee at random through an automatic selection process.

29. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

30. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

31. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
